Q: How do I begin getting my health in order?
A: Start with either the Doctor's Visit on CD™ or Active Wellness Coaching™ - Health. Identify what is happening, what your system needs to have and any other adjustments needed. Most importantly, it will be exactly for your system.
Q: What is the difference between Doctor's Visit on CD™ and Active Wellness Coaching™?
A: Active Wellness Coaching™ is done by a phone consultation(s). The advantage is that you can ask question right on the spot. Doctor's Visit on CD is a health analysis done via a CD or MP3 file. The advantage is that you can play it many times, and at times of your choosing. Both are exception.

Q: I am very into health. What really caught my attention is the Miles With Meaning™ material. How can I participate in this?
A: Miles™ is our personal passion. It started with one marathon and has branched from there. We wanted to blend our interest in marathons and endurance events with helping others.
